Robert is a photographer with a distinctive approach to wedding photography, capturing with his camera the emotional essence of the moment, blending visual poetry and skillful photojournalism in unique works of editorial quality photographic fine art produced from every wedding assignment.

He believes in creating images that are not only beautiful but also meaningful and emotionally moving to everyone viewing the pictures long after they were taken.

Robert's images, as in the words of one of his clients, combine artistic sophistication, romantic spirit, glamour and fun of fashion photography as well as the eye, spontaneity and evocative storytelling of a great photojournalism.

His wedding photography work has been featured on leading wedding industry websites from Style Me Pretty to RockN'Roll Bride. He was selected as a preferred vendor by popular wedding blogs like Once Wed, Ruffled, Wedding Chicks, Green Wedding Shoes, 100 Layer Cake, Style Unveiled, etc.

His other, non-wedding work (fine art nature and travel photography) has been used by advertising agencies worldwide and published by many different book and magazine publishers from National Geographic to fashion publications.

He travels often to photograph weddings nationwide. He uses exclusively Canon professional digital SLR cameras and lenses.

"I believe in two things in photography: Artful Composition - including experimental use of of ambient light and often taking a new original perspective, shooting familiar scenes, events, themes or locations from unique angles, defying the established rules of traditional photography and Evocative Content - focusing on the emotional aspect of the scene, spontaneous, unscripted moments in time filled with with true joy and tears and everything in between, trying to create compelling, timeless images with the lasting impact on the the viewer, photos that will stir your soul and mind many years after they were taken.

My style of wedding photography can be described as artistic photojournalism, but rest assured that I do also take traditional posed wedding photos whenever requested, including fully directed bride and groom photoshoots (which I strive to do in a more relaxed and fun style as opposed to the traditional over contrived posed images), group photos as well as many images of the wedding venue, its surroundings and decor details.

Of course, my images will say much more so please have a look at my wedding photography portfolio or request to see a full wedding gallery."
